Laconia Area Community Land Trust’s (LACLT) programs receive tremendous support and recognition on the local, state, and national levels.  LACLT has been highlighted in national publications.  LACLT consistently receives outstanding performance evaluations on property and asset management by evaluators and investors.   Awards include: 

  • Executive Director, Linda Harvey, recognized with the Zonta Club's Rose Award for advancing the status of local women (2008);
