Units are rented to low and moderate income individuals and families earning up to 80% of area median income (based on family size: up to $38,750  for individuals or up to $55,300 for a family of four). 

Take our Eligibility Quiz to see if you qualify for Land Trust housing.  NOTE:  If you pass this eligibility quiz, you may qualify for Land Trust housing.  However, our different properties have different income qualifications.  You may be qualified for some properties, but not others.  If you pass the quiz, you will need to check with Hodges to see if you qualify for specific apartments.
