Rental Opportunities

We currently have one hundred forty (141) 1-4 bedroom rental units in our inventory located in Laconia and Meredith (click here for a complete list  or here for a list of units currently available for rent). 

Units are rented to low and moderate income individuals and families earning up to 80% of area median income (based on family size: up to $38,750  for individuals or up to $ 55,300 for a family of four).
