Rental Opportunities

We currently have one hundred three (103) 1-4 bedroom rental units in our inventory.   The majority of our properties are  two-family homes scattered throughout the City of Laconia.  Units are rented to individuals and families with incomes between 45%-80% of the area median income (based on family size;  up to $37,050  for individuals or up to $ 52,950 for a family of four).
