Our HomeBuyer Resource Center,
is a HUD Housing Counseling
Agency. We offer FREE
seminars, workshops, and individual counsel-ing to both our tenants and the general
public. We work with first-time homebuyers to guide them through
the home-buying process. We can also help qualifying individuals and
families save for their down payment with an Individual Development
Account (IDA) wherein savings deposits are matched 3 to 1 helping to build
savings quickly. Other services include personalized credit,
budgeting, housing counseling, and foreclosure intervention. |

Foreclosure Workshop
This 2-hour workshop will provide those facing mortgage default and
foreclosure with information needed to apply for the HAMP (Homeowner's
Affordable Mortgage Program).
